Initiate Your Request
Log into your U2 Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
